- advance economic opportunities for women, and increasing health and wellness for women
- information and referral, peer counselling and interpreter companions

- Seniors Group;
Workshops topics include building self-esteem, elder abuse, financial planning, entrepreneurship, health promotion, self-defense, mothering, youth leadership and skill building;
Seniors Group activities include field trips, crochet, games, yoga and presentations on relevant topics such as finances, elder abuse, healthy eating with ethnic foods, active living, etc
