Service Description: Confidential 24/7 crisis response support service for people in mental health crisis, by telephone, text and live chat
  • crisis worker provides immediate response to feelings of distress, loneliness, anxiety or fear, thoughts of suicide
  • mental health information and referral to services and support
  • supports for older adults living with dementia, mental health issues and other neurological conditions, their families and their caregivers; available at home, in long term care facilities or community settings
