Fees:

Residents of York Region * Membership free to all who work, live, attend school or own property in Markham and York Region area Non Residents who do not live, work, attend school or own property in the area must pay a $60 annual membership fee

Application:

Apply for a Library Card at any branch of the Markham Public Library * Upon presentation of valid name identification with your current address, a permanent membership will be issued at the Customer Service Desk * Children under the age of thirteen (13) must have their cards signed by a parent or guardian
