A Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) program designed for individuals with degenerative neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's or Dementia * program focuses on all five areas of cognition: language and music, visual / spatial orientation, memory, critical thinking, and computation and provides complex challenges based on individual needs that build brain resilience and fosters improved overall brain health
