Medical clinic focused on family and community health * team based care led by nurse practitioners and a team consisting of social workers, dietitian, pharmacist, registered practical nurse, physiotherapist, pharmacist and consulting physician to assess and treat non-life threatening injuries or illnesses- on-site laboratory
- palliative care
- prenatal, healthy baby
- smoking cessation
- wellness checks
Cancer Screening Program - screening tests for breast, cervical, colorectal, prostate, skin cancers and others
Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Program - sessions to learn ongoing self-care for diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure * includes information about coping, health guidelines, medication usage, working with health professionals, and informed healing decisions
Clinical Dietitian - nutritional information and education * one-on-one, couple, or family sessions for people with food and health-related concerns
Mental Health Counselling - one-on-one (adult or child), couple, and family counselling * mental health screening and assessments * short-term and long-term counselling * confidential
Wellness Program - seminars to discuss how lifestyle impacts physical and mental health
