Diabetes education and support in both small group and individualized settings for people living with diabetes * one-on-one or group sessions on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices
- certified diabetes educators on site
- off-site group diabetes education available upon request
- workshops available from beginner to advanced learning
- insulin starts
- pre-existing diabetes with pregnancy, gestational diabetes
- insulin pump therapy * certified ADP (assisted devices program) clinic
- endocrinologists on site (doctor who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to hormones)
- nutritional counselling
- weight management
- type 1 young adult transition program
- advanced self-management strategies
- health coaching for people with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
