Primary health care team focused on family and community health * interdisciplinary healthcare professionals who work together to provide comprehensive primary care to their patients * team includes family doctors, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, registered practical nurses, occupational therapist, clinical pharmacist, registered dietitian, chiropodist, social workers, and certified diabetic educator
Urgent Care is available to all registered patients, call to access an appointment for after-hours urgent care

Mon-Thurs 5:30pm-8pm
Sat 9:30am-3pm
Sun/Holiday 12:30pm-3pm
