Service Description:
|
Designed for adults who use substances and operates from a harm reduction approach. The program supports individuals with a range of experiences and needs, including mental health concerns, involvement with the criminal justice system, and experiences of homelessness or housing instability.
Individuals in the ASH program work closely with an Addiction Counsellor who provides ongoing support, resources, and skill-building to help maintain housing stability and enhance overall well-being.

Application:

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
