Service Description:
|
Inpatient unit provides short-term assessment, stabilization, and symptom reduction to individuals with mental health issues. Individual, group and family education is also provided. Model of service is interprofessional, including psychiatric, social work, nursing and child and youth work.

Application:

Referrals are accepted from emergency department following crisis assessment, as well as from other emergency departments in the region.
