Home care for seniors to provide them with the opportunity of continuing to live in their homes * offers hourly and live-in care with PSW, RPN and full RN support * services include:- friendly visits and companionship
- meal preparation
- light housekeeping
- Alzheimer's and dementia support
- outings and community experiences
- accompaniment to/from appointments, grocery shopping and errands
- special needs care
- palliative care
- personal care assistance - bathing, dressing and toileting
- medication management
- transitional care
- cluster care
- prenatal and post natal care
- staffing in relief retirement homes, long term memory care and hospice
