Service Description: Adult day program * enriched experiences for attendees * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
  • social, recreational, therapeutic activities, along with snacks and lunch services, for seniors
  • daily balance and strengthening exercise classes
  • programs that recognize and celebrate the diverse cultures in the community
  • facilitated transportation through York Region Mobility Plus
  • other optional enrollment services may include podiatry and hair dressing services (for additional fee per service and by appointment only)
  • daily virtual programming (groups/1:1 sessions) and purchasable home activity kits with personalized refills for small nominal fee * affordable, accessible access allowing participation from anywhere

Fees: In person - $28/day * subsidy available for eligible participants * Virtual groups - $5/session
