Service Description:
|
Adult day program provides a safe and stimulating environment, when older adults and adults with disabilities can participate in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities * helps to support and provide respite for caregivers who provide day-to-day care
| Transportation |
Transportation to and from the ADP is available within our catchment area, outside our area will be considered on an individual basis * cost of transportation is $4.00 each way * clients must be able to ambulate independently or with a one person assist

| Nutrition |
All meals provided by a private catering company * meals can be tailored to clients needs (pureed, diabetic, etc) * no assistance with feeding |
| Mobility Assistance |
Program space is wheelchair accessible * no scooters or motorized vehicles * 1 person assist for transfers |
| Incontinence |
Toileting assistance available * 1 person assistance with toileting * can accommodate a regular toileting routine * cannot accommodate bowel incontinence * urinary incontinence must be self-managed |
| Medication Management |
Do not administer medication * medication reminder based on caregiver's directions |
