Service Description:
|
Youth drop-in space, individualized case management, advocacy and systems navigation support with a focus on academic success, employment, settlement services and youth justice prevention and intervention. Programs and services include: - tutoring and academic support for secondary school students
- support with transition to post-secondary, including financial assistance through application bursaries, scholarship program, accessing OSAP and other financial aid
- career mentorship, job readiness, resume and mock interview support, employment training, First Aid and CPR training
- newcomer case management services
- RISE Diversion and Reintegration program
- mentorship and skill development
- counselling and mental wellbeing
- volunteer and peer leadership opportunities
- financial assistance, and food security support
- field trips, social and recreational activities
- organizational mentorship/trusteeship services
