Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for
adults 50 years and older living with Alzheimer's in a group setting
for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide
day-to-day care

Transportation: Transportation not provided by agency
Nutrition: Breakfast, lunch and snack included * cost of meals included in price * hot Italian style lunch * special diets available * assistance with feeding available
Mobility Assistance: Mobility aids can be accommodated * assistance provided
Incontinence: Toileting assistance provided * urinary and bowel incontinence care provided * client must be able to weight-bear
Medication Management: Medication reminders * assistance with administering but must come in blister pack * assistance with ostomy care
