Service Description:

Volunteer drivers use their vehicles to provide rides to residents of Georgina who are restricted due to life circumstances, enhancing their quality of life by improving their access to essential services, available resources, and opportunities for social inclusion
Routes also provides the following allied services:- food deliveries from local food banks
- friendly calls to support social inclusion
- 1:1 technology support enable virtual services and support access
- system navigation support
- brain games booklets
- pen pal program
- catering collective
- short term case management for homeless/underhoused
