Service Description:

Provide complete in-home nursing assessment and foot care service by a certified foot care nurse * assessment to identify any foot problems and help you understand your risk factors- foot massages to encourage circulation
- education on proper foot care
- nail cutting
- corn and callous care
- ingrown toenail care
- identification of the need for more specialized treatment or/and referrals to appropriate resources in your community
