Service Description: Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with an acquired brain injury (non-progressive) in a group setting * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Service Details - Adult Day Programs

Transportation: Provided by York Region Transit * Mobility Plus * some assistance in arranging transportation may be available based on resources

Nutrition: Beverages hot and cold provided * clients bring own lunch and snacks

Mobility Assistance: Program is wheelchair accessible and is able to accommodate a variety of mobility aids or equipment * must be able to transfer independently or with one person assist for toileting or transitions within program

Incontinence: Clients must be continent of bowel/bladder or be able to manage independently or with one person assist

Medication Management: Clients must be independent taking medication with staff reminders only

Fees: $25.49 per day * sliding scale based on income * subsidy available
