Service Description: Provides services and supports for children and youth with complex needs and their families. Services are provided in the areas of Child and Youth Mental Health, Autism, and Forensic Mental Health/Youth Justice

Services include:
  • individual, family and group counselling
  • crisis services
  • Education Day Treatment to transition children back into the regular school system
  • specialized programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • live in treatment and therapeutic family care
  • therapeutic recreation programs at the Kinark Outdoor Centre in Minden, Ontario
  • support for youth who are in trouble with the law and have serious mental health issues
  • secure treatment
  • family intervention programs for the prevention and treatment of behavioural and emotional pre-adolescent children
  • Intensive Support and Supervision Program (ISSP) in Halton, Dufferin, Peel, York and Simcoe
  • supervised Access Centre in Simcoe and Muskoka, and Four Counties (Peterborough, Northumberland, city of Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton
