A residential hospice that provides compassionate and expert medical care at no cost to people living with a life-limiting illness- home-like environment with private bedrooms
- nutritious meals, respecting religious or dietary preferences
- high staff to resident ratio including physicians, nurses, and personal support workers
- music therapy, complementary therapy including light massage, aromatherapy, reiki and therapeutic touch
- grief and bereavement support to families and caregivers

Application:

Referral accepted from an attending physician, hospital, any type of health care professional, any community hospice organization, a home for the aged or an individual with a life-limiting illness or a family member

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Adults 18 years and older in the final stage of a life-limiting illness * be diagnosed with a life-limiting illness with an approximate prognosis of 1 month or less to live * have an understanding that resuscitation and other life-prolonging interventions will not be provided
