Service Description:	Connects girls with women leaders in their community to develop and practice their leadership and advocacy skills through hands-on activities, community exploration, role plays, weekend retreats, and problem solving projects for community issues * two leadership programs offered for girls aged 9-11 and girls aged 12-14
