Service Description:

Provides specialized medical forensic care for victims of sexual assault and intimate partner abuse * on call nurse available 24 hours a day * care includes examination and treatment of physical injuries, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, provision of emergency contraceptives, evidence collection for law enforcement, arrangement of follow up and counselling services or other community agencies
