Service Description:

Supports for people and families coping with a diagnosis of a life threatening illness- supports those who would like to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
- day programs for those going through treatments
- caregiver support
- wellness programs such as Yoga and Mindfulness
- bereavement services, walk and talk groups, bereavement correspondence program
- one-on-one counselling
- memory bear program
- school programs in YRDSB
- referrals to other community services
