Service Description: Circle of Care volunteers offer services to isolated and vulnerable seniors that include companionship, engaging activities and safety checks through a number of programs including volunteer visiting, telephone reassurance, volunteer hospice program, and meals on wheels delivery, as well as in-person and virtual social programs
