Service Description:

A wide range of programs and services are offered aiming to empower immigrant women to become physically and mentally healthier, self-confident, relationally competent and financially independent * program include:- Triple P parenting skills training
- women support group
- health and wellness ie. yoga, zumba, mental health workshop series and stress management support group
- diabetes prevention program
- infant massage class
- festival celebrations
- food handler certificate training
- First Aid and CPR training
- S.O.A.R program
Women specific employment programs such as: Financial essentials with QuickBooks (a 6-week, in-person training program) and office administration (a 4-week virtual training program)
