8 week therapeutic creative arts program for individuals experiencing cognitive or other health changes and their care partner * facilitated by a Registered Art Therapist, uses creative expression to support emotional well-being, social connection, communication, confidence, and meaningful engagement * participants attend together with their care partners to explore art, share experiences, build relationships, and create meaningful works that reflect their personal stories and strengths * provides a welcoming, inclusive environment that focuses on abilities, connection, and opportunities for joy, purpose, and belonging
