Support for individuals grieving a loss:
- develop and evolve your personalized care plan with you
- participate in individual counselling (up to 6 sessions) and/or support groups (based on community need)
- participate in day program, social club, and wellness activities (e.g. yoga, meditation, etc)
- participation in memorial, education, and community events
