Service Description: Community-based physiotherapy clinic * health professionals assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain * services support individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or mobility limitations through individualized, one-on-one care * offers in-home and virtual physiotherapy services

Specialized services include:
  • post-surgical rehabilitation (hip, knee, shoulder)
  • motor vehicle accident rehabilitation
  • chronic musculoskeletal pain management
  • pelvic health physiotherapy
  • mechanical diagnosis and therapy
  • vestibular rehabilitation
  • neck and low back pain rehabilitation
  • falls prevention program
  • manual therapy
  • temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction
  • Assistive Device Program (ADP) assessments (walkers and wheelchairs)
  • sports injury rehabilitation

OHIP-insured physiotherapy available for eligible patients



Fees: Set fee * physiotherapy services may be covered by OHIP or third-party insurance, if eligible * Direct billing available for most extended health insurance plans

Eligibility / Target Population: People who require physiotherapy services * OHIP coverage for those 19 years and under, 65 years and older, ODSP or Ontario Works recipients, and people hospitalized for at least one night due to an injury
