Service Description:
|
Customer service training- 8 week in-class program, 160 hours of training, individual support
- skills and workplace training, mentorship, certification, job preparation and placement
Bridge training program- program consisting of 4 weeks of technical training and 6 weeks of support
- 3 credit-bearing courses in early childhood education toward a full degree, hands-on workshops with employers and professionals, support, networking, and mentoring
Expérica program -- newcomers support program - 12 week, full time unpaid work placements and internships in their field of expertise to gain a first Canadian work experience
Women in action -- entrepreneurship support and coaching

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Customer service training -- 16 years and older and Ontario Works (OW) recipients
Relay Training Program -- Must be 18 years of age or older, a permanent resident, a Canadian citizen, or a refugee claimant (with an open work permit), and have teaching experience
Expérica program -- must be permanent residents or Convention Refugee or a protected person and work experience and/or college or university degree and no work experience in Ontario
Women in action -- women or persons self identifying as women living in the Greater Toronto area
