Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
- snacks and lunch services
- daily balance and strengthening exercise classes
- programs that recognize and celebrate the diverse cultures in the community
- facilitated transportation through York Region Mobility Plus
- other optional enrollment services may include podiatry and hair dressing services (for additional fee per service and by appointment only)
- daily virtual programming (groups/1:1 sessions) and purchasable home activity kits with personalized refills for small nominal fee * affordable, accessible access allowing participation from anywhere
