Pathway of Hope- comprehensive case management, supporting individuals and families in setting goals and breaking the cycle of poverty
- connects participants to community resources, such as employment support, education, and housing while also fostering a network of support and a sense of community
- holistic approach, addressing not just physical needs but also emotional and spiritual well-being
English Conversation Circle- practice speaking English
- learn about Canadian culture
- build confidence
- make new friends
Christmas Support- Christmas toy support for families in need (applications in early November)
