Service Description:

Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) provides high-quality Integrated Youth Services (IYS) to support the well-being of youth, including mental health and substance use counselling, primary health care services, employment, education and training supports, housing, peer support, outreach, system navigation, and other community and social supports to improve overall wellness.
YWHO spaces and services are co-created with youth, and are accessible by walk-in sessions, booked appointments and in some communities, virtually. Services are delivered by local service providers in each community and provide high-quality, equitable care.
