Service Description: Provides a group home for young adults with a dual diagnosis of a developmental disability and emotional/behavioral problems * supports older teens with their transition to adult hood * Day program includes school and vocational training, life skills, activities of daily living and self help training * supports residents to access exterior community services * 7 locations in Richmond Hill, Markham, Stouffville, Tottenham, Mono, Orangeville and Scarborough
